Meditation and yoga.

Long time, no chat. 

As some may know I've been keeping up with my main blog at: https://www.angelasartarea.com/blog 

On it I talk about Akhenaten, Rasputin, Van Gogh and Johnny Cash.

Most of them also have something to do with Epilepsy. 

A theory of Akhenaten having had Epilepsy was made in 2012. Nobody truly knows though because of the fact that he this was before Christ. It simply would not be truthful to say that anyone knows for sure. Although, many things point in that direction. Those with Epilepsy are not physically deformed. Akhenaten was physically deformed due to having hydrocephalus. They know this from drawings and due to the fact that his skull, along with the skulls of his daughters were deformed.

Rasputin helped Empress Alexandra with her family issues, etc. Empress Alexandra  wrote to Queen Mary because their husbands were related. She helped Prince John who suffered from Epilepsy by suggesting that he have friends to spend time with. 

VanGogh was known for having Epilepsy, although honestly there is no written documents of that fact. Which really does not surprise me as Vincent Van Gogh was very mentally ill. Even today people seem to throw the two together. Yet Epilepsy is a physical illness, it's not a mental one. Mental issues like PTSD can only be formed if someone has suffered with Epilepsy over the years. Especially if they have suffered due to medications that come with side effects that can take a life. Add on the trauma testing can do and those who have been through that trauma would have PTSD, that should be rather obvious. Sadly it's not and often overlooked as if those who have suffered simply do not matter as much. 

 Although Johnny Cash didn't have Epilepsy, he did take drugs and suffer due to that. Those with Epilepsy, such as myself suffer from the side-effect medications have caused over the years. As well as the physical issues that come with Epilepsy.Those who have had to suffer due to drugs are actually an inspiration to those like myself because it's obvious what goes along with that struggle.

blog.substack and a job.

Hey you guys.  I haven't written in awhile, so decided to make a post.  I wish that I had more to share but pretty much have nothing at this point.  I mainly wanted to write and let whoever may be interested know that I am still alive.
